The story

Sypnosis: The Way of Peace follows Tiago Carvalho, a young Martial artist fighter working to control his explosive temper through a strict rehabilitation system in anger management. Tiago must decide between reverting to violence or embracing the path of restraint.

The Director

Raul Ramirez Cortez has been pursuing filmmaking since 2017 and is currently majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Video Production. As a prospective student at Vancouver Film School, he holds certifications in Cinematography and Video Production from Columbia College Hollywood. His experience includes work as a Video Editor at Dava Studios and background acting roles in Ditch Party (2015) and The Book of Mormon videos season 5.

Filming Locations

Althought most of the locations are yet to be determined, the majority of the shoots will happen withing areas of Rexburg Idaho or any nearby cities. Transportation will not be covered as a default for cast or crew, but any accomodations can be arranged as needed.

Compensation

This is a volunteer-based production aimed at creating strong portfolio material for all participants. While no monetary compensation is offered, incentives may be provided, and full catering/food will be available for cast and crew during major shooting days.
